Prayer of the Week

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
What an honor it is to praise You! All glory, honor, and praise I render unto You. My soul says, “Thank You” for this heart of gratitude. Thank You for the humility You have placed within me. Thank You that You have not forgotten me and that You continue to grow me in You. Thank You for the work You are doing in my life. Thank You for choosing me and for being my God.

Thank You for being in charge of this entire world. I praise You that every soul will one day bow before You. I pray that You will open the eyes of every believer’s heart so they may truly see You and know You. I pray that You will silence the noise in every believer’s mind so we can clearly hear what You are saying and follow Your instructions.

Thank You for choosing us for such a time as this. Although our world is facing difficult and troubling times that challenge us all, we will follow Your Word and do as You have instructed. We will bless the Lord at all times, and His praise shall continually be in our mouths.

Father, I pray that when we are tempted to speak anything other than praise and thanksgiving in response to what we see happening in our land, we will remember Your words:

“And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogance of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.”

We praise You, God, that the battle is Yours and that You have already given us the victory. To You be glory and praise forever and ever.
