Prayer of the Week

Papa,
This peace I feel—I know it only comes from You. I come to sit with You, and You shower me with everything I need. This prayer You’ve asked me to do is for my benefit—for my joy, for my strength. I don’t know why You love me so much, but I lift my hands in praise and give glory to Your name.

Thank You for receiving me. Thank You for choosing me. Thank You for never leaving me. Thank You that in these hard and difficult times, You already have the answer. You don’t want me to worry about anything. You tell me to rest and trust You.

And even when I become anxious, frustrated, or tired, You meet me there and bring me back to this place of peace. You hold no grudges, keep no record of my wrongs, and remember them no more.

My God, who is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient, has accepted the blood of Jesus. And when I come to You, You see only Yeshua.

To You be all glory and praise. Amen.

Affirmations: Matthew 10:20; Luke 24:32; Ephesians 6:19; Isaiah 55:11
