Prayer for the Week

Father,
I thank You that You are a forgiving God! I praise You that even now, as I sit with conviction in my heart, I can lay it before Your throne. Thank You for already knowing what I was going to pray, even before it was in my heart. Thank You for dying for my sins and for forgiving me. Thank You for bringing conviction so that I may recognize my behavior and bring it to You for change.

Lord, I ask for Your help in forgiving others. Yes, I long for Your forgiveness, and I know Your Word says that unless I forgive my brother, I will not be forgiven. But sometimes it is so difficult to forgive, especially when I am deeply hurt.

Yet, You are such a good God! I praise You that whatever I ask according to Your will, You will answer—indeed, You have already answered. Yeshua, thank You for healing and transforming my heart so that I can serve You just as You have ordained. I love You and praise You with all that I am. Thank You for speaking to my heart and for restoring me.

It is amazing to be in Your presence and to receive from You. What an awesome gift it is to be here with You. To You be all glory and praise, forever.
