Prayer of the Week

Yeshua,

Thank You, Yeshua—oh, how blessed I am! That You would lay down Your life for me. The Scripture says that there is no greater love than for one to lay down his life for a friend. But You chose to lay down Your life for me even when I was Your enemy. How can I express my gratitude? How can I say thank You? I hear You say, Give the same love to others.

Yes, Lord, that is my desire—to give love to all as You have given it to me. I know I fall short, probably more often than I realize. So I ask You to help me deny my flesh, surrender my heart, and walk this journey of love with You. I love that walking with You means I am hand in hand with You, so I will persevere. Hallelujah! To You be all glory and praise! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
